Registration

You should register before May 31st 2005 (see the registration form). You can get a registration form in one of the following ways:
  1. Download PDF document registration_form.pdf or the Word document registration_form.doc.
    These files are formatted for A4 paper.
  2. You can print out the files and fill out the printed form, or fill out the Word document electronically and then print it. The printed form must be signed (important!) and sent by paper mail or faxed to the address indicated.
After receiving your registration form AND PAYMENT, organizers will inform you by E-mail that your registration has been processed.
Payment and fees

Fees are flat and are not calculated to be broken into days or segments. Payments should be done in EUR or given CZK equivalent, by the bank transfer by May 31, 2005 at the latest. Please, avoid using cheques of any kind. After deadline surcharge of EUR 40 is charged on. On-site payments at the conference registration will be surcharged by EUR 80 and should be done in cash (also credit cards will be accepted) only, no cheques will be accepted. After July 1, 2005 cancellation fee EUR 50 will be applied, after July 20, 2005 no refunds are possible.

*) The registration fee entitles the participants to:

  • attend all scientific sessions including refreshment and lunches
  • obtain a copy of the book of abstracts
  • participate in all social events free of charge including excursion and banquet.
It does not include accommodation (see Accommodation).

**) Students must provide evidence of their status by the appropriate academic institution. The registration fee entitles the student participant to:

  • attend all scientific sessions including refreshment and lunches
  • obtain a copy of the abstracts
  • participate in social events designated as free.
It does not include excursion and banquet as well as accommodation.
