Bachelor’s degree programme subjects
Subjects of the common study base and subjects of the Synthesis and Production of Drugs, Applied Chemistry, and Chemistry study fields.
General information
- When repeating a course there are no lectures; we recommend attending the seminars for repeating students. The examiner for the repeated course remains the one from the previous semester.
- A previously obtained course credit (zápočet) is recognised, but only once and only in the following semester (the credit must be re-registered with your former seminar teacher, or with the new teacher if you also attend the seminar in the current semester). If you repeat the course after a longer interval, you must obtain the credit again.
- Taking courses concurrently (i.e. re-registered OCH A together with compulsory OCH B, or re-registered OCH I together with compulsory OCH II) is possible; however, to complete the subsequent course (i.e. OCH B or OCH II) you must first complete (i.e. pass the exam of) the preceding course (i.e. OCH A or OCH I).
Winter semester
OCH A
- lectures and seminars only for students of the Chemistry programme at FCHI
- seminars for repeating students (whether or not they are entitled to credit recognition); repeating students should also have OCH B registered, because OCH B is not lectured in the summer semester (except for the Chemistry programme at FCHI)
OCH B
- lectures and seminars for students with registered OCH B (seminars shared with repeating students as well)
OCH I
- only seminars/consultations* (see below) for repeating students (whether or not they are entitled to credit recognition)
OCH II
- lectures and seminars for students with registered OCH II
Summer semester
OCH A
- lectures and seminars for students with registered OCH A (seminars shared with repeating students as well)
- lectures and seminars only for students of the Chemistry programme at FCHI
- seminars/consultations* (see below) for repeating students (whether or not they are entitled to credit recognition)
OCH I
- lectures and seminars for students with registered OCH I
OCH II
- only seminars/consultations* (see below) for repeating students (whether or not they are entitled to credit recognition)
*In the case of a consultation, the student must contact their seminar teacher from the previous semester at the beginning of the semester and arrange an individual form of consultations, or the dates of the ongoing credit tests.
